We’re Obviously Not Vegetarians

A few weeks ago, when the weather was good and hot…and Mommy was a little tired of heating up the kitchen every afternoon, there were several days that we ended up having a lot of veggies and such for dinner.

One night I asked Rick to pick up a pre-cooked chicken from Costco and as Laurianna was helping me set out a variety of vegetables on the table and then the chicken, she said ~ “If we didn’t have the chicken, this would all be a veterinarian meal.”

Head on over to Mary's at Not Before 7 for some more Tiny Talk Tuesday!!

  3. Very funny!

You know, I just made this slip up myself when talking to my husband. I had said veternarian when I meant to say vegetarian. I quickly corrected myself.

Found you through Tiny Talk Tues

  4. That's so funny. Clearly he's not used to hearing the word!
Apologies to any vegetarians out there, but some in our family visibly shudder when they hear the word.... not at the actual people who are vegetarians, but at the thought of being one!
Yep, major meat-eaters at our house.
But love the gorgeous slip-up in your post!
